This unique box by bluebird expert Steve Gilbertson is designed around the needs of Bluebirds. Hinged, recessed front door keeps out rain and allows easy cleaning; it fastens with an easy open L-latch. Eggs and young stay secure when box is opened for monitoring. The small interior (9"H x 3 1/2"W x 4"D) discourages nesting by sparrows and starlings. To adjust door or entrance height, simply bend hinge wire. Made of durable cedar. Comes with 6' mounting post.
