(Amelanchier x grandiflora 'Robin Hill') Lovely pink buds (rather than the usual white) open to pastel pink flowers that attract butterflies! In early summer orioles, cardinals, bluebirds and waxwings will keep your yard hopping for the 4 weeks or so that the juicy, sweet fruit ripens. Finally, autumn brings stunning leaf colors of red and gold. This upright, airy tree is small enough for today's yard, even under utility lines. Easy to grow in any soil, but needs water during drought when young.
