And this is one of the easiest Clematis, growing robustly into a dense vine, with little attention from you; simply prune it hard in late winter and water in drought. It is non-clinging, so provide support you can tie it to. Attracts hummingbirds.

Zones 4-9, 5-6' tall, sun/part shade, 3" pot.
