Weeping Cranberry CotoneasterRed berries in fall and winter!
Write a review
(Cotoneaster apiculatus, standard form) A great 4-season plant! Its huge quantities of red berries brighten winter, and in late winter, when other forage is scarce, it attracts hungry birds. Spring Butterflies are drawn to the multitude of small flowers, and the intricate herringbone pattern of the branches creates visual interest all year. Fall foliage is purple and bronze. Very easy, tolerating any soil and dry conditions.
Zones 4-7, 5′ tall, 6′ wide, sun/part shade, 1 - gallon pot.
